Canada Post Service Disruptions
Due to Canada Post strike action, utility bills cannot be delivered by mail this month.
To ensure you receive you bill, you have two options:
1. Sign up for e-Billing by October 3 at 9am at www.rosthern.com/p/notify-me. Simply provide your name, email address, civic address, and select e-Billing for utility notices.
2. Pick up a paper copy at the Rosthern Town Office, starting October 7. Please bring photo ID and proof of residency with your mailing address. The Town Office is open 9m to 5 pm on weekdays.
Please note: Even if your paper bill is delayed, you’re still responsible for making your payment by the due date. To avoid late fees, please ensure your payment is received on time.
