ParticipAction Park, Run & Wheel Challenge is an opportunity for the community to get their bodies moving by completing a Walk & Talk, 1 km, 3 km or 5 km distance by foot or wheel!
This is a fun, non-competitive event, with participants receiving a prize just for attending and completing the challenge!
Valley Action Abilities will be teaming up with us to help run the event and also will be providing a BBQ lunch!
