The Community Walking & Wellness Program was created in 2023 in partnership with the Saskatchewan Health Authority and Forever in Motion. The program includes:

• 30 minutes of walking
• 30 minutes of strength training lead by certified Forever in Motion instructors
• 30 minutes of cool down and socializing

This class is for all levels of fitness and ages.

What to Bring

-A yoga mat (if you have one, otherwise you can use the blue gym mats at the CMC)

-A resistance band (bands can be pre-purchased for $5 at the Town Office)

-A water bottle

-A large towel

The Small Town Tykes group was created by a volunteer group of parents to give kids an opportunity to socialize and play and parents/guardians a place to connect with others from Rosthern and the surrounding communities!

The Rosthern Playground Program was created in 2011 to give kids in the Rosthern area the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of arts, sports, and cultural activities throughout their summer holidays. The program is geared for children ages 6-12.
